Navajo Bic sleeves from the bowl, 1950's-60's, silver, turquoise, coral...the one on the right has a heavier weight to it, a little more time and wizardry in the tooling.
The Bic lighter wasn't introduced until circa 1965. Even then, it probably wasn't common enough for Navajo silversmiths to be making sleeves for several ears after that. I'm guessing late 70's early 80s at the earliest.
Richard-doh! good burn, i was hoping to take these to the navajo silver wizard at the bowl but he skipped this month, he's a wealth of knowledge on these matters-I'm going with 70's however ;-).
