There's a guy that sells beautifully reconditioned hand tools at the pcc, a beautifully reconditioned chap himself, he really takes pride in his selection and presentation of the items on the stand. The 1940's 'defiance' box cutter by Stanley, the 'Industro' family of spanners, and German made hand drill are all great finds from his stand this weekend.
