Early morning bowl sightings...vintage railway destination board scrolls/stacked & packed VW/homemade 60's? plywood bottom-twin fin belly board + every belt buckle and cigarette lighter you never wanted.
I was too late-board was sold already...was referring to the board as 60's but it too could be a 70's effort...I liked how they used it to display their wares.

I think the bus is later that the 60's, the tail lights are too big.
